This was a 21st birthday cake for my sister.  It incorporated a celebration of her turning 21 and also her love for Math.  It is an Irish Cream cake with Whipped Cream flavored with Irish Cream.  It is a nine inch round cake and the pi was cut out from another nine inch round cake.  While making this, I learned about adding the right amount of liqueur to the whipped cream without ruining the texture but also getting the adequate flavor.  I also wrote with icing on top which is always a fun addition to any cake!  This was definitely a very fun project !
